We are seeking a polished, confident, and sales-driven Luxury Boutique Sales Associate to join our boutique in Abu Dhabi.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about luxury fashion, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and exceptional luxury shopping experience.
• Present FLEURDELIS collections with confidence, professionalism, and detailed product knowledge.
• Understand client preferences and provide thoughtful product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing, payments, and client communications accurately.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and assist with inventory, luxury packaging, and daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, or high-end customer service is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, polished manner, and confident interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales abilities with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Working Schedule

• 37 working hours per week.
• Six working days with one weekly day off.
• Five working days of 6 hours and one working day of 7 hours.
