Job summary

Al Khaznah Leathers in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a customer-focused retail representative to deliver excellent service and drive luxury leather product sales. You will welcome customers, explain features, and maintain premium shop displays while meeting daily targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or related fields, familiarity with cash handling, and the ability to work independently in a premium retail setting. Basic English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
1–3 years in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Experience in leather, fashion, luxury products is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
Promote and sell EBL products by explaining features, quality, pricing, and availability.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness, and shop presentation standards.
Monitor stock levels and support stock receiving, counting, and replenishment.
Process sales transactions, payments, invoices, and daily sales reports accurately.
Follow company policies related to sales, promotions, returns, and customer service.
Support shop opening and closing activities as required.
