The role requires a high school diploma, prior customer service experience in hospitality, strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift heavy luggage; flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Provide information about the hotels facilities and services.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls.
