Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly and professional Bellman to assist guests with luggage, greet visitors, and guide them through the hotel. You will coordinate guest flow, maintain safety, and work with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to provide seamless service.

The role requires excellent English, physical fitness for handling luggage, and a polished appearance. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential to support the hotel’s operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure.
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
