Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi seeks a courteous Bellman to assist guests with luggage, greet guests, and guide them within the hotel. You will coordinate guest flow, maintain awareness of facilities, and ensure safety and security while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, teamwork, and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or as a bellman is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
