Job summary

Kerzner International Management currently seeks a Conference and Events Coordinator to oversee daily banquet operations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will collaborate with the Banquets Manager, culinary team, and service staff to execute events with precision, from setup to breakdown, ensuring safety and exemplary guest service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in luxury/hospitality settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders to departments.
• Oversee function room operations as outlined in the BEO.
• Supervise banquet staff and provide necessary trainings.
• Plan assignments, breaks and event duties for teams.
• Maintain clear communication across shifts and with guests.
• Ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction during events.
• Manage inventory, equipment and setup/teardown procedures.
• Coordinate with Chef on menu details and substitutions to meet requirements.
