Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Banquet Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of high-end event service in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate planning, staffing, and execution to ensure flawless delivery aligned with client expectations.

You will lead a diverse team of banquet staff, mentor development, and work closely with luxury venues to translate concepts into memorable, guest-centric experiences. This role is on-site at premium locations in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• CMP certification demonstrates commitment to excellence.
• At least 5 years of progressive banquet management experience.

• Demonstrates a proven track record of at least 5 years of progressive experience in banquet management within the hospitality industry.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of the luxury hotel and event industry, with experience in high-end venues preferred.
