Job summary

DELN O Dubai is seeking a Supervisor Banquets to lead banquet operations at our luxury venue in Dubai. You will oversee setup, service execution, and breakdown for private functions and events, ensuring flawless delivery of high-end experiences.

You will guide and motivate the team, coordinate with kitchens and events planners, and uphold the finest standards of service, safety, and presentation across every function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in banquet operations within luxury hotel or premium events.
• Supervisory or team-leading responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of banquet operations and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of banquets and events to luxury standards.
• Deliver guest-focused service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Guide and motivate banquet staff during events.
• Coordinate with planning teams, kitchen and bar for seamless events.
• Monitor service flow, table settings and venue presentation.
• Review orders and guest requirements to ensure readiness.
• Manage banquet equipment, linen and supplies with minimal waste.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Support onboarding, coaching and development of staff.
• Maintain exceptional service and a positive team environment.
