Qualifications

• Luxury experience in banquet operations within a premium hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership to inspire and guide a diverse team while maintaining exceptional service.
• Solid understanding of banquet operations, event setups, F&B service standards, and function sheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquets, private functions, meetings, and events to DELANO Dubai standards.
• Deliver personalised guest service by anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead, motivate, and support banquet staff during events with clear communication and task allocation.
• Coordinate with Banquet Manager, planning teams, kitchen and bar to ensure seamless event execution.
