Qualificações

• Experience in banquet operations within a luxury hotel, high-end hospitality venue, or premium events environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Banquet Operations: supervise setup, execution and breakdown of banquets, private functions and events.
• Guest Experience: deliver personalized service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Team Leadership: guide, motivate and support banquet colleagues during events.
• Event Coordination: collaborate with managers, kitchen, bar and planning teams for seamless execution.
• Service Excellence: monitor food/beverage service and venue presentation to maintain standards.
• Operational Planning: review event orders and guest requirements to prep the team.
• Inventory & Equipment: oversee handling, storage and replenishment of banquet supplies.
• Health & Safety: ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Training & Development: onboard and develop banquet staff for continuous improvement.
