Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, scrubs and wraps.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after sessions, ensuring hygiene.
Provide exceptional guest experiences with professional, warm service.
Follow up post-treatment to suggest products or services.
Maintain spa supplies and equipment and report needs.
Collaborate with wellness and operations teams for seamless guest experiences.
Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols and brand standards.
Participate in trainings and CSR initiatives; handle additional duties as assigned.
