Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will deliver spa treatments to guests in a professional, courteous manner and help maintain a pristine spa environment.

The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years of spa experience, preferably with beauty qualifications, and strong English communication. UAE 5-star hotel background is a plus; we offer development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior secondary education required; beauty school graduate preferred.
• CIBTAC/CIDESCO certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of Spa Therapist or Beautician experience required.
• Experience in 5-star hotels or the Middle East is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and clear English communication are important.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, mature and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Manage appointment schedules and guest interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of spa and wellness areas.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Follow MOHG policies and provide excellent guest service.
