Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist to join the Spa Operations team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on delivering diverse massage therapies, maintaining high standards, and supervising therapists to ensure premium guest experiences.

Applicants should be licensed with advanced training, have 3–5 years in a luxury spa, and demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and exceptional guest service skills. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

• Must be a certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy.
