Job summary

Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking a Raffles Club Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring exceptional service for our VIP guests. Reporting to the Raffles Club Manager, you will lead the lounge team, maintain standards, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service/guest relations, strong communication, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education or Diploma in Tourism & Hotel Management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service/guest relations.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Club Lounge operations and staff.
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests personally and foster a warm, personalized experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and beverages.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Develop training for lounge staff and manage schedules.
