Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks a Lobby Hostess - Guest Arrival Services to warmly welcome guests, guide them to rooms and facilities, and support check-in guidance while maintaining a pristine lobby.

The role focuses on creating memorable arrival experiences, anticipating guest needs, coordinating with Front Office and other departments, and upholding luxury service standards. Fluency in a European language is beneficial; experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a guest-facing operational role within a 5-star hotel.
• Polished appearance with strong commitment to guest service.
• Fluency in a European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests warmly and create a professional first impression in the hotel lobby.
• Provide clear directions to guestrooms, restaurants, attractions, reception areas, and other hotel facilities.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out guidance and direct them to the appropriate Front Office colleague.
• Monitor guest movement throughout the lobby and help maintain an efficient flow during busy arrival and departure periods.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and other departments when guest requests require wider support.
• Respond promptly to immediate guest requests and coordinate assistance with relevant departments.
