Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Naturally confident when welcoming and engaging with guests.
• Strong customer service instincts with the ability to create comfortable, genuine conversations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Create a warm first impression through attentive, confident, and personalized communication.
• Manage guest arrivals and maintain an organized waiting list during busy service periods.
• Provide realistic waiting-time information and keep guests informed when tables are being prepared.
• Escort guests to assigned tables and ensure the seating experience is smooth and welcoming.
• Coordinate table availability with the restaurant service team to support efficient guest flow.
• Maintain awareness of reservations, expected arrivals, special requests, and restaurant occupancy.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues when seating priorities or guest requirements change.
