Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency with Opera PMS and front office software.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests and verify payments.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel services and events.
• Complete daily guest reports and cash handling.
• Assist in guest problem resolution and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Provide directions and information about the property and local area.
