Job summary

CHANEL in The Dubai Mall invites a Fashion Advisor to join our luxury boutique team in Dubai. You will deliver an exceptional client experience across RTW, shoes, accessories and fine jewelry, guiding customers with styling expertise and product knowledge.

You will maintain CHANEL standards, welcome clients, build relationships, and support stock and merchandising in line with CHANEL guidelines, contributing to sales growth and brand prestige.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in fashion retail
• Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients
• Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellency
• Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills

Responsibilities

• Create a luxurious experience for every customer entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services.
• Ensure clients are welcomed in the required manner in order to create strong relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
• Ensure that sales and procedures are followed accurately.
• Propose the Chanel full allure and placing Chanel products at the heart of the client experience.
• Build client relationships based on Chanel core values.
• Immerse clients in a transformative experience that reflects the style of Chanel.
• Contribute to make our aftersales engagements tangible and extend client experience beyond product offering.
• Embrace Chanel sustainability core values and fashion posture.
• Maintain grooming standards in line with Chanel guidelines.
• Understand and maintain boutique areas according to merchandising guidelines.
• Be aware of stock levels and participate in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking.
