Job summary

CHANEL Dubai Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 6-month temporary position in our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, covering makeup, fragrances and skincare while building a loyal client base.

You will deliver an exceptional client experience, embody Chanel heritage, participate in events, achieve sales targets, and maintain boutique standards while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience in a high-end or Luxury Retail environment.
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
• Passionate about makeup and beauty with strong client experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an intercultural approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and build client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs through cross-selling across makeup, fragrances, and skincare.
• Participate in beauty events and workshops for clients.
• Maintain boutique standards and assist in daily operations.
• Build and update client database, focusing on clienteling with the Manager.
• Handle client complaints and requests per guidelines.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client.

Boutique operation:

• Ensuring the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines
• Understanding and participating in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports
• Collaborating with others and contributing to building the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high-end or Luxury Retail environment.

• You are passionate about make-up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
