CHANEL seeks a Beauty Advisor for a 6-month temporary role based in our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, Dubai Hills. You will be part of the sales team handling makeup, fragrances and skincare, delivering a memorable client experience and building a loyal client database.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in luxury retail, fluent English, and a passion for beauty. You will demonstrate exceptional client service, cross‑selling, and participate in events while upholding Chanel standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Passion for make-up and beauty with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an intercultural approach.

Responsibilities

• Create a tailor-made client experience and build a loyal client database.
• Develop cross-selling across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories.
• Actively participate in beauty events and workshops for clients.
