Job summary

CHANEL in Dubai Mall invites a Fashion Advisor to join the sales team, delivering the ultimate client experience across RTW, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewelry in a luxury boutique.

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with Boutique Management, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Stock, Alterations, Aftersales and Corporate teams to uphold CHANEL standards and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in fashion retail
• Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients
• Enthusiasm for fashion and service excellence
• Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills

• Create a luxurious experience for every customer entering our boutique in line with CHANEL's exceptional services.
• Ensure clients are welcomed in the required manner to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty.
