Job summary

CHANEL in Dubai Mall invites a Fashion Advisor to join the sales team, delivering the ultimate client experience across RTW, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewelry in a luxury boutique.

You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with Boutique Management, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Stock, Alterations, Aftersales and Corporate teams to uphold CHANEL standards and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in fashion retail
• Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients
• Enthusiasm for fashion and service excellence
• Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills

Position based in Fashion Boutique in The Dubai Mall Boutique.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT:

As Fashion Advisor, you will be part of the sales team and will contribute to the development of sales of RTW, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewelry by offering our clients the ultimate client experience.

KEY PARTNERS:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Fashion Advisor has several key partners, such as Boutique Management, Sales team, Visual Merchandising, Stock, Alterations, Aftersales, Security, Training and Corporate teams.

Boutique organization:

• Ensure that all grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel guidelines.
• Understand and maintain all boutique areas according to current merchandising guidelines.
• Be aware of stock levels, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking.
• Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management in line with the Chanel values of communication, agility/growth mindset and team spirit/collaboration.

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
