Job summary

ADCOOP is seeking a Loyalty Executive to drive the performance and growth of our loyalty program in Abu Dhabi. You will apply analytical thinking to monitor customer behavior, campaign results, and transaction trends, shaping data-driven strategies.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Operations, IT, Retail, and external partners to plan end-to-end campaigns, build daily/weekly dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement, acquisition, and sales penetration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, and Dashboards.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Understanding of CRM and loyalty management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze loyalty program performance, customer behavior, and transaction trends.
• Reports & Dashboards: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loyalty performance reports and dashboards.
• Campaign Execution & Activation: Coordinate end-to-end loyalty campaigns and engage members.
• Market Research: Research loyalty trends, competitor programs, and industry best practices.
