Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Operations specialist in Dubai to ensure reliable day-to-day delivery of the loyalty programme across campaigns, member operations, brands and customer care channels.

You will configure campaigns in the Loyalty Management System (LMS), test end-to-end flow, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires 3-4 years in loyalty/CRM and strong Excel skills, with opportunities to support brand onboarding and data reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, campaign operations or customer operations
• Exposure to loyalty platforms and UAT is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup, configuration in Loyalty Management System (LMS) and end-to-end testing
• Coordinate builds with vendors/platform partners and translate business requirements into clear config instructions
• Monitor live campaigns, flag incorrect rewards and resolve eligibility issues
• Manage escalated member cases with cross-team coordination (Customer Care, Technology, Analytics)
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks and support guidance; assist audits and improvements
• Support onboarding of sponsors and earn/redemption partners and activation records across markets
• Provide regular reports on member activity, redemptions and campaign performance
