Job summary

Emirates in Dubai is seeking a manager to oversee Skywards system delivery across partnerships and products. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to scope requirements, review designs, and ensure timely delivery.

You’ll manage techno-functional delivery, monitor loyalty services, support campaigns from design to execution, and contribute to strategic partnerships. A strong IT, PM background with loyalty domain familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, IT sales, or related fields.
• Experience in IT systems, loyalty domain, interfaces, or QA.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support launches, enhancements, and terminations to partners and products.
• Lead end-to-end techno-functional delivery and cross-team coordination.
• Provide input for negotiations, scoping, and contracts.
• Monitor loyalty features availability and manage incidents.
• Coordinate with Emirates IT and external providers for issue resolution.
