Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to drive Emarat’s customer loyalty and partnerships strategy. This role is responsible for enhancing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through the development and optimization of loyalty programs, targeted promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will leverage customer insights and data analytics to create personalized experiences, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize participation across Emarat’s loyalty ecosystem.

The role also oversees the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the incumbent will establish and manage high-impact partnerships, monitor program performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Leading a small team, they will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence while driving customer-centric initiatives that support Emarat’s strategic growth objectives.
