Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations, deputize for the Operations Manager, and drive safety, accuracy, and KPI performance across the delivery station.

You will supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates, coach teams, coordinate with service providers, interview candidates, and mentor new associates while handling shifts and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics environments.
• Ability to plan, monitor and improve performance metrics and processes.
• Willingness to interview for associate roles and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager when required.
• Prioritize safety at the delivery station and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to deliver accurate shipments.
