• Run shift meetings, assign tasks, and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and investigate root causes behind performance gaps.
• Implement practical process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to strengthen engagement and capability.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying operational issues and driving corrective actions.
• Build strong coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth site performance.
