Job summary

Amazon in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Logistics Supervisor to drive safety and performance in our busy Transportation network. You will deputize for the Operations Manager and oversee drivers, associates, and coordinators to meet KPIs.

You will monitor performance, coach teams, analyze data, and collaborate with supporting departments to improve processes. The role requires flexibility across shifts and overtime as needed, with responsibility for workforce planning and on-site reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager as required.
• Prioritize safety at the delivery station and supervise logistics staff to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance and coach coordinators and associates; collaborate with other departments to improve processes.
• Interview candidates for associate roles and resource the function as needed.
• Brief and monitor workload of drivers and associates; track and report on-site performance.
