Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a solution-oriented approach.
• Prior logistics experience is required.
• A decent understanding of CW1 TMS for associated execution and billing.

Responsibilities

• Receive booking details from network and customer service colleagues.
• Coordinate with the airline for booking of the cargo.
• Ensure complete documents for customs clearance.
• Resolve issues regarding cargo shortage or damage.
