Qualifications

• Diploma or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar logistics role, polymers preferred.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Urdu/Hindi and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations/supply chain manager with documentation and driver coordination.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with drivers to plan loading/offloading tasks efficiently.
• Follow plant/factory policies and shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with production/operations to ensure material availability for production/delivery.
• Manage and track warehouse stock with logs by area, product type, and batch.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and timely delivery of items.
• Review shipping documents and ensure all paperwork is complete.
