Job summary

Exotic Colors L.L.C is seeking a logistics/operations coordinator to manage freight quotations, book shipments, and arrange insurance for shipments. You will monitor near-expiry stock across locations, submit fuel expenses, and coordinate pest control for multiple sites.

The role also includes checking vehicle conditions and coordinating servicing schedules, with UAE market familiarity and fleet coordination experience as advantages.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–4 years in freight/shipping coordination or similar operations role.
• Experience with import shipments (sea/air) and familiarity with UAE market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact shipping/freight companies to obtain quotations and book shipments.
• Contact insurance company to arrange shipment insurance and create insurance bills.
• Handle and follow up on near-expiry items across locations, coordinating with warehouse and retail teams.
• Submit fuel expenses (ADNOC) for all company vehicles.
• Coordinate pest control service for all shop locations, warehouse, and office.
• New responsibility: check condition of company vehicles and monitor service schedules.
