Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
• Create and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics partners.
• Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
