Job summary

Exotic Colors by Maysari in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments and related admin tasks. You will liaise with freight forwarders to obtain quotes, book shipments, and record costs in Zoho.

You will also handle insurance billing, near-expiry stock coordination, fuel expenses, pest control, and vehicle service monitoring. A UAE driving license is required, with 2–4 years in logistics or operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in freight/shipping coordination, logistics operations, or a similar multi-responsibility operations/admin role.
• Retail, FMCG, or trading company experience with regular import shipments (sea and/or air freight) is preferred.
• Exposure to fleet or facilities coordination (vehicle servicing, fuel cards, pest control) is a strong advantage.
• UAE market experience preferred, including familiarity with local freight forwarders and insurance providers.
• Experience requesting freight quotations and booking shipments (sea and air) and knowledge of CPT, FOB.
• Knowledge of Zoho Inventory / Zoho Expenses or similar accounting software.
• Valid UAE driving license for vehicle checks and coordinating with service centers.
• Ability to track shipments, insurance, near-expiry stock, fuel cards, pest control, and vehicle service dates.
• Freight forwarding or logistics certification is a plus but not required.

Specific Skills or Certifications Required

• Experience requesting freight quotations and booking shipments (sea and air), and basic familiarity with shipping terms (e.g. CPT, FOB).
• Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory / Zoho Expenses for creating bills (shipping, insurance, fuel) — or comparable accounting software.
• Valid UAE driving license — required for vehicle checks and coordinating with service centers.
• Organized enough to track multiple recurring obligations in parallel: shipments in transit, insurance policies, near-expiry stock, fuel cards, pest control visits, and vehicle service due dates.
• Freight forwarding or logistics certification is a plus but not required.
