Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
• Manage shipment bookings and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Prepare POs and shipping-related documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Follow up on pending bookings and shipment status.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
