Job summary

Agile Consultants in Dubai seeks an experienced Logistics & Customer Service professional to coordinate international shipments, manage documentation, and liaise with suppliers, customers, and freight partners. You will oversee LC transactions, prepare PFI, and ensure timely order updates for global trading operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trade/logistics, strong documentation knowledge, ERP experience (D365), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, cargo insurance, and LC processes.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with international suppliers (mainly China, India, and other overseas markets).
• Follow up on shipments and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and shipping markings.
• Send Proforma Invoices (PFI) to customers.
• Communicate with customers on shipment progress, delivery schedules, and order updates.
• Handle and resolve shipment-related issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate Letter of Credit (LC) issuance and related documentation with banks, suppliers, and customers.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate records and update order details in the ERP system.
