Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
• Maintain grooming, attire, and professional appearance; protect company assets and confidentiality.
• Complete opening/closing duties and inventories; process work orders for maintenance.
• Provide clear, professional communication and foster positive working relationships.
• Ensure adherence to Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and service values.
