Job summary

AMICO Group seeks a Loan Inventory Coordinator to manage the complete loan item lifecycle, from request processing to invoicing, ensuring accurate records and timely execution. The role requires coordination with sales and warehouse teams to maintain an efficient loan process.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, a UAE driving license with own vehicle, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems; Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field from a recognised institute.
• 1–2 years of experience in the similar field with UAE license & vehicle.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems; Excel knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive loan item requests and generate tracking records.
• Coordinate and follow up on loan requests fulfillment.
• Monitor customer POs to ensure timely processing.
• Issue Sales Orders for implants used in surgeries.
• Coordinate withdrawal of loan sets and track returns.
• Reconcile discrepancies between customer records and warehouse inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts of long‑term loan inventory.
• Prepare and distribute loan tracking reports to the sales team.
• Follow up on LPO processing, invoicing, and transaction closure.
