Job summary

AMICO Group is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the complete loan inventory cycle in Dubai. You will process requests, track orders, coordinate with customers and warehouse, and ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of all loan-related activities.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a UAE driving license and vehicle. Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Excel is advantageous for reporting and coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognised institute.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar field with valid UAE license & vehicle.
• Technical SAP/ERP experience; strong Excel and soft skills like communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive loan item requests and generate a tracking record number.
• Coordinate and follow up on loan requests fulfillment.
• Monitor customer purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate withdrawal and return of loan sets used by customers.
• Reconcile discrepancies between customer records and warehouse inventory.
• Prepare and distribute loan tracking reports to the sales team.

Job description

Job Purpose : Manage and monitor the complete loan inventory cycle, including request processing, order management, inventory tracking, customer coordination, discrepancy resolution, reporting, and invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of all loan-related activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive loan item requests and generate the corresponding record number for tracking purposes.
• Coordinate and follow up on the execution and fulfillment of loan requests.
• Monitor and follow up on customer Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing.
• Follow up on the issuance of Sales Orders for implants consumed during surgical procedures.
• Coordinate the withdrawal of loan sets utilized by customers.
• Follow up on the return of loan sets and obtain records of implants consumed during surgeries.
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies between customer records and warehouse inventory.
• Conduct and monitor stock counts of long-term loan inventory in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Prepare and distribute loan tracking reports to the sales team.
• Follow up on LPO processing, ensuring timely submission, invoicing, and closure of transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in any related field from a recognised insititute but not limited to.
• Experience : 1-2 years expereince in the similar field with valid UAE license & vehicle .
• Competencies / Skills : Techincal- SAP/any related ERP sys experience Soft skills-communication , team work, problem solving - Excel knowledge is an added advantage .
• Driving licence with own vehicle
