Absolute Technical Systems LLP seeks an experienced Specialized Power Operator to operate LNG/ASR plant equipment on shift under supervision, starting up and shutting down safely, logging readings, and reporting defects. You will monitor plant activity, ensure safe behavior, and maintain compliance with HSE standards in line with ADNOC guidelines.

The role requires a technical diploma or ATI background, 4–6 years in Oil & Gas as a plant shift operator, and solid English communication.

Formación

• Technical Diploma or ATI graduate in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas as a Plant Shift Operator.
• Knowledge of DCS systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate clearly on Plant Radio and other channels.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Check, operate and observe plant equipment within the duty area under supervision.
• Monitor plant activities and safety behavior of colleagues and contractors.
• Implement and comply with policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide on-the-job training to meet competency requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operating procedures.
