The Plant Operator supports reliable day-to-day process operations by monitoring equipment condition, maintaining required process parameters, and carrying out assigned field operating activities. The position works closely with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and contractors to ensure plant equipment remains available, safe, and ready for operation or maintenance. The role directly contributes to safe production, process stability, product quality, equipment reliability, and environmental compliance. The successful candidate should hold a Technical Diploma in a relevant discipline or a Secondary School Certificate.
