Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company is seeking an experienced Plant Operator in Abu Dhabi to operate, monitor and control assigned plant units. You will process, store and export products to specification while meeting HSE requirements and maximizing yield.

Responsibilities include operating control panels, logging incidents, and coordinating maintenance and safety procedures. The role requires a technical diploma or equivalent, with extensive hands-on experience in large industrial oil/gas plants.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Plant Operations within a large industrial plant in Oil and Gas.
• Minimum qualification as stated: Technical Diploma or Secondary/Specialized Vocational Certs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational work safely to SOP standards.
• Log incidents and discuss with Supervisor for efficient operation.
• Supervise routine checks on equipment and arrange servicing.
• Prepare plant/equipment for maintenance and ensure proper function.
• Operate related machinery safely and per Company standards.
• Authorize work permits and monitor contractors.
• Monitor integrations and ensure KPI/records are updated.
• Maintain health, safety and environment compliance.
