Job summary

BeWunder is seeking a Video Engineer to lead the technical planning, design, and documentation of video systems for Event Production projects. You will create detailed Vectorworks drawings for LED screens, projection, and infrastructure, ensuring accurate, inter‑connected designs for smooth installation and delivery on site.

You will coordinate with audio, lighting and rigging teams, review venue data, and produce comprehensive specs and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical planning and video engineering for live events or related fields.
Strong understanding of LED displays, projection systems, video processing, and networking.

Responsibilities

Plan and design video systems for Event Production from concept to delivery.
Convert briefs into practical video solutions for on-site installation.
Create detailed 2D/3D Vectorworks drawings for LED screens, projection, and equipment layout.
Prepare video system designs, signal flows, schematics, and patching information.
Coordinate video with audio, lighting, rigging, and other disciplines.
Review venue drawings to identify constraints and risks and propose solutions.
Prepare equipment lists, scope of work, and supplier requirements.
Ensure video solutions align with project scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide technical input during tendering, pre-production, and installations.
