Job summary
Personio seeks a Video Systems Designer to lead technical planning, design and documentation of video solutions for Event Production projects. You will develop detailed Vectorworks drawings for LED and projection systems, and coordinate with audio, lighting and rigging teams to ensure installation readiness and project alignment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience planning and designing video systems for live events or entertainment environments.
- Strong understanding of LED displays, projection systems, signal distribution, and networking.
- Experience producing detailed technical drawings for venues or productions.
- Ability to coordinate video with audio, lighting, rigging and structures.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design video systems for Event Production projects from concept through delivery.
- Create 2D/3D Vectorworks drawings for LED screens, projection, and infrastructure.
- Prepare equipment lists, technical documentation, and scope of work for suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve design coordination issues.
- Provide technical input during tendering and pre-production phases.
- Maintain current technical drawings and support installation and commissioning.
