Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented Listings Coordinator in the UAE to publish and maintain property listings across leading real estate portals, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, and optimize content to boost visibility and generate quality leads for Abu Dhabi properties.

Experience with Property Finder and Bayut is a plus; strong Excel/CRM skills are required, and Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UAE real estate experience in listings or portals.
• Hands-on experience with Property Finder and Bayut.
• Knowledge of UAE property portals and advertising practices.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with large property inventories and frequent updates.
• Developer inventory experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain accurate property listings across real estate portals.
• Upload property details, photos, videos, floor plans, prices, payment plans, and availability.
• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other approved platforms.
• Ensure property information, pricing, inventory, and availability are always up to date.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to collect updated property information.
• Monitor listing quality, ranking, views, leads, and portal performance.
• Update or remove sold, reserved, unavailable, or expired properties immediately.
• Ensure listings comply with UAE real estate advertising requirements and company policies.
• Optimize listing titles, descriptions, keywords, photos, and other content to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Track leads generated through property portals and coordinate with the relevant sales teams.
• Prepare regular reports on listing performance, portal leads, inquiries, and conversion.
• Maintain an organized database of all active and inactive properties.
• Coordinate with portal account managers regarding listing packages, featured properties, advertisements, and technical issues.
