Job summary

History Property is seeking Listings Agents and Sales Agents for our Abu Dhabi team. You will manage property listings, consult clients, and guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the transaction cycle.

Duties include prospecting for new clients, presenting proposals, organizing viewings, maintaining records, negotiating terms, and coordinating with developers for compliant documentation.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse clients.
• Excellent customer service with focus on long-term relationships and trust.
• Proven sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, and closing in a target-driven environment.
• Understanding of Insurance or related financial products that may support property transactions.
• Ability to participate in and deliver training on new developments, procedures, and market updates.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an asset.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and readiness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Role Description Listing Agents and Sales Agents are responsible for managing property listings, conducting client consultations, and guiding customers through the entire buying, selling, and renting process. Daily activities include prospecting for new clients, preparing and presenting property proposals, organizing and attending property viewings, and maintaining accurate records of listings and transactions. The role involves negotiating terms and prices, coordinating with developers and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all documentation complies with local regulations and company standards. Agents will provide ongoing customer support, follow up on leads, and participate in training or briefings on new projects and market trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
