Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented Listings Coordinator in the UAE to publish and maintain property listings across leading real estate portals, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

You will manage inventory, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, and optimize content to boost visibility and generate quality leads for Abu Dhabi properties.

Experience with Property Finder and Bayut is a plus; strong Excel/CRM skills are required, and Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UAE real estate experience in listings or portals.
• Hands-on experience with Property Finder and Bayut.
• Knowledge of UAE property portals and advertising practices.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with large property inventories and frequent updates.
• Developer inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain property listings across portals.
• Upload property details, photos, pricing, and availability.
• Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and others.
• Ensure listings are up to date and compliant.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and project teams.
• Monitor listing quality, views, leads, and portal performance.
• Prepare regular reports on listing performance and leads.
• Maintain an organized property inventory database.
• Coordinate with portal account managers on packages and ads.
