Responsibilities

• Publish and manage property inventory across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company portal.
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized property descriptions and organize high-resolution photos and video assets.
• Verify full compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Trakheesi permit requirements.
• Monitor portal listing scores, refresh active listings, and optimize content to drive property leads.
• Update property availability, pricing adjustments, and agent records within the internal CRM system.

This position centers on creating, optimizing, and managing property listings across leading UAE property portals to maximize search visibility, driver lead generation, and uphold brand presentation standards.

The selected candidate will enforce regulatory compliance across all property media, collaborate with real estate brokers to maintain inventory accuracy, track portal quality scores, and maintain database records within the CRM system.
