Job summary

Alcenza is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Manager to join its real estate team in Dubai. You will create, optimize, and manage property listings across leading UAE portals to maximize search visibility, drive leads, and uphold brand presentation standards.

The role requires enforcing RERA, DLD and Trakheesi compliance, coordinating with brokers to maintain inventory accuracy, tracking portal quality scores, and maintaining CRM records while ensuring timely updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE real estate/portal management experience.
• Expertise in Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle.
• Mastery of RERA, DLD & Trakheesi compliance.
• Available for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage property inventory across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and the company portal.
• Write compelling, SEO-optimized property descriptions and organize high-resolution photos and video assets.
• Verify full compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), and Trakheesi permit requirements.
• Monitor portal listing scores, refresh active listings, and optimize content to drive property leads.
• Update property availability, pricing adjustments, and agent records within the internal CRM system.
