Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf in Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated Uniform/Linen Supervisor to oversee the Laundry and Uniform room operations, ensuring standards, stock levels, and timely processing of all linen and uniforms. You will lead shift handovers, supervise staff, and handle guest and employee inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal candidates hold a vocational hospitality diploma or degree with 4–5 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel, and are committed to maintaining high cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, 4 – 5 years experience in 4-5 star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of Laundry/Uniform room standards and procedures.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
• Maintain stock levels of F&B linen & room linen.
• To ensure a proper use of the telephone etiquette as per Rixos standards.
• To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest satisfaction and recording it.
